Found that intensities of HURRICANE HERMINE had reduced to minimum.

TRACKING HURRICANE IRMA:
Closely watching satellite images from different sources found that while approching land masses Hurricane force will reduced to Tropical storm. From seeing the eye of IRMA, recognized that Hurricane force will reduce.
